Propane heater element located in the basement utility room.
AC top floor system controlled by the coil in the attic and 2nd unit outside.
AC Main and basement system controlled by the coil in the utility room and 1st unit outside.
Thermostat Main floor controls Main and Basement.
Thermostat 2nd floor controls 2nd floor.
Fan ventilation can be used independently of heat and/or AC.
HVAC Filters /registers - replace seasonally for best air quality (sizing and order info can be found on main register tag in Master Bedroom).
