Our application will automatically create an image that is ready to be uploaded to MLS.
Every MLS system has their own specific criteria for image uploads. Though much of the criteria is similar, you should check with your local MLS to ensure you are providing proper formatting to upload. Follow the easy steps below to establish a basis for your photography, eliminating any limitations that may cause your images to get removed, or not used at all.
Sizing
- Minimum requirements for image size for most MLS systems is set at 1024x768 pixels. The suggested upload size is around 2048x1536 pixels, though you can submit large format images if available.
Ratio
- 4:3 is the suggested ratio for images uploaded to MLS.
Quality
- Make sure your images are clear and crisp, avoid submitting any photographs that are blurry, pixelated, or over exposed.
File Type
- Export your images to your broker as either jpeg or png file types.
Image Marks
- Be sure to remove or avoid applying any watermarks, logos, words, or other identifying details to your imagery, your upload will likely get removed if you are found to have used any of the above.
