Overnight rain caused basement flooding. Source – outdoor drain near back door clogged with debris, water could not drain and flowed into basement through door. Minor water damage/ moisture beneath basement flooring. Free inspection from Spartan to determine extent of damage and quote for full cleaning ($3k+). Bryan removed debris from drain allowing water to disperse. No further action being taken at this time.
